John Willard Milnor (talaffuzi: Jon Uillard Milnor) (1931-yil 20-fevralda tugʻilgan) – amerikalik matematik. Milnor differensial topologiya, K-teoriyasi hamda dinamik tizimlar sohalaridagi ishlari bilan tanilgan. Milnor Fields medali, Wolf mukofoti hamda Abel mukofoti bilan taqdirlangan besh matematikning biridir (Pierre Deligne, Jean-Pierre Serre, John Thompson hamda Grigoriy Margulis bilan bir qatorda).

Milnor 1964-yildan beri Amerika Qoʻshma Shtatlari Milliy fanlar akademiyasi aʼzosidir. 1994-yil Rossiya fanlar akademiyasining xorijlik aʼzosi etib tayinlangan.

Milnor Princeton universitetini tamomlagan. Mashhur topolog Ralph Foxning shogirdi. Milnor Princeton shahridagi Perspektiv tadqiqotlar institutida va Stony Brook universitetida ishlagan.
