Nudrat Afza -fotograf. U oʻzi yashaydigan Bredford va uning yaqinidagi jamiyat hayotini hujjatlashtirishga eʼtibor qaratgan ajoyib fotograf boʻlgan.

Hayoti va faoliyati[tahrir | manbasini tahrirlash]

Afza 1955-yilda Rawalpindi shahrida tugʻilgan. U 1964-yilda Bredfordga koʻchib oʻtdi. 1986-yilda Yorkshire Arts unga Bredforddagi Bangladesh hamjamiyatini hujjatlashtirish uchun grant ajratdi. 1989-yildan 1990-yilgacha u Xaddersfild sanʼat galereyasida Kirklisdagi Janubiy Osiyo jamoalari haqidagi koʻrgazmada ishlagan[1]. U 30 yildan ortiq vaqtdan beri jigari ogʻir xastalikka uchragan qiziga toʻla vaqtli qarovchi boʻlib kelgan[2]. Qarovchi boʻlganidan beri u oʻz fotoapparatini sotib olishga qurbi yetmay, grantlar va kreditlarga bogʻliq[3].

Afza 2011-yilda sartaroshxona egasi nafaqaga chiqishini taxmin qildi, uni suratga olishini soʻradi, bunga ruxsat berildi va egasi haqiqatan ham sotishni rejalashtirayotganini bilib oldi. Bir yil davomida u salonni va uning mijozlarini suratga oldi, ularning koʻplari oʻnlab yillar davomida u yerga borishgan[4]. Asar Bredford universitetida namoyish etildi[5].

Afza birinchi marta qizi bilan Bredford City oʻyiniga hamroh boʻlganida futbol tomosha qilgan, u ayol muxlislarning soni va ishtiyoqidan darhol hayratga tushdi[6][7][8]. Oʻzining „Shahar qizlari“ seriyasi uchun u Simon Beaufoy tomonidan berilgan Hasselblad Xpan kamerasidan foydalanib, „Vodiy Parad“ stadionida Bradford Sitining ayol muxlislarini qora va oq rangda suratga oldi[9].

2018-yildan 2019-yilgacha musulmon Afza Manningemdagi Bredford hayot daraxti ibodatxonasini, Bredfordning soʻnggi ibodatxonasini va xizmatdan oldin va keyin unga tashrif buyurgan odamlarni suratga oldi. 2013-yilda II-darajali* roʻyxatga olingan ushbu bino qimmat taʼmirlash ishlariga muhtoj edi va ibodatxonaning bir nechta aʼzolari taʼmirlashga qurbi yetmas edi, Bredford Masjidlar Kengashi binoni saqlab qolishga hissa qoʻshgan tashkilotlar orasida edi. Afza bir necha oʻn yillar oldin Bredfordda gullab-yashnagan madaniyatni yoʻq boʻlishidan oldin hujjatlashtirmoqchi edi. Kehillah (ibroniycha jamoat yoki jamoa) nomi ostida suratlar 2019-yilda namoyish etilgan[3][10][11][12]. Hozir u ibodatxonaning faxriy aʼzosi[3].

Simon Beaufoy Kehillah haqida shunday fikr bildirdi:

Barcha eng yaxshi sanʼat kabi, tasvirlar rassomni aks ettiradi: hushyor, muloyim soʻrovchi, tabassum bilan melankolik. Fotosuratchining koʻzi shunchalik begʻuborki, oʻrganilayotgan narsalarni oʻtkazib yuborish oson. Har doim iliqlik va hamdardlik bor, lekin koʻpincha uzoqdan momaqaldiroq ovozi eshitiladi[12].
