Gỏi (Shimoliy Vetnamdagi Nộm ) Vetnam oshxonasining mahalliy salatidir .[1] Bu g'arbiy uslubdagi restoranlarda uchraydigan sa lát (fransuz tilidan salat) va sa lát Nga (" rus salatasi ") dan farqlidir.
