Kashq bademjon

Qashk bademjon (forscha: کشک بادمجان), muqobil ravishda kashk-e bademjan yoki Kashk-o bademjan (forscha: کشک و بادمجان), „ kashk va baqlajon“ bilan tayyorlanadigan asosiy Eron taomi boʻlib, bu uning fors tilidagi nomining soʻzma-soʻz tarjimasi[1][2].Taom boʻtqa sifatida xizmat qiladi va odatda suyuq zaʼfaron, qovurilgan piyoz, sarimsoq va koʻpincha yongʻoq bilan bezatiladi[1].U ishtahani ochuvchi yoki asosiy taom sifatida isteʼmol qilinishi mumkin va odatda yangi yopilgan non bilan isteʼmol qilinadi[3].
