Aaron H. Swartz (talaffuzi: Éron Suórts;[2][3] 8-noyabr, 1986 – 11-yanvar, 2013) amerikalik komputer dasturchisi, yozuvchi va internet faoli boʻlgan.
Swartz RSS formatini ishlab chiqqan RSS-DEV ishchi guruhida ishtirok etgan[4] hamda Open Library arxitekturasini tuzishda qatnashgan. U shuningdek reddit mualliflaridan biri boʻlgan. Swartz sotsiologiya, fuqarolar hushyorligi va aktivizmga ham qiziqqan. 2010-yili Harvard universitetining Etika Markazi aʼzosi boʻlgan.
