Catharanthus roseus chaqnoq ko'zlar, koʻz oʻsimligi, qabriston oʻsimligi, Madagaskar oʻsimligi, keksa xizmatkor, pushti gulqogʻoz nomlari bilan mashhur Apocynaceae oilasiga mansub gulli oʻsimlik turi. Bu o‘simlik Madagaskarda kelib chiqqan va endemik tur hisoblanadi. Ammo boshqa joylarda bezak va dorivor o'simlik sifatida o'stiriladi. Bu o‘simlikdan saraton kasalligini davolashda ishlatiladigan vinkristin va vinblastin preparatlari olinadi[2]. Ilgari Vinca rosea sifatida Vinca turkumiga kiritilgan.

Uning xalq orasida tarqalgan ko‘plab nomlari bor, ular orasida arivotaombelona yoki rivotambelona, tonga, tongatse yoki trongatse, tsimatiririnina va vonenina mavjud[3].

Tavsif

Catharanthus roseus — doim yashil yarim buta yoki oʻt oʻsimlik bo‘yi 1 m (39 in) gacha yetadi. Barglari oval cho'zinchoq, uxuuzunligi 2.5–9 cm (1.0–3.5 in), kengligi 1–3.5 cm (0.4–1.4 in) yaltiroq yashil, tuksiz, qarama-qarshi juftlikda joylashgan[4][5][6][7].

Ekologiya

Yovvoyi tabiatda C. roseus yoʻqolib ketish xavfi ostida turgan oʻsimlik hisoblanadi. Biroq, u Avstraliya, Bangladesh, Hindiston, Malayziya, Pokiston va Amerika Qo'shma Shtatlari kabi dunyoning subtropik va tropik hududlarida keng tarqalgan va tabiiylashtirilgan[4]. U Avstraliyada o'sishga shunchalik yaxshi moslashganki, G'arbiy Avstraliya va Avstraliya poytaxti hududi [8] va Kvinslendning sharqiy qismlarida zararli begona o'tlar ro'yxatiga kiritilgan[9].

Kultivatsiya

Manzarali o'simlik sifatida u quruq va ozuqaviy jihatdan tanqis sharoitlarda chidamliligi uchun qadrlanad. To'liq quyosh va yaxshi quritilgan tuproqni afzal ko‘radi. Gul rangining o'zgarishi (oq, binafsha, shaftoli, qizil va qizil-to'q sariq), shuningdek, mo'tadil mintaqalarda sovuq o'sish sharoitlariga chidamliligi uchun ko'plab navlar tanlangan. Diqqatga sazovor navlar orasida "Albus" (oq gullar), "Uzum sovutgichi" (atirgul-pushti; sovuqqa chidamli), Ocellatus guruhi (turli xil ranglar) va "Yalpiz sovutgichi" (o'rtasi qizil; sovuqqa chidamli)[4]. AQShda u ko'pincha "Vinka" deb nomlanadi, ammo botaniklar uning identifikatsiyasini o'zgartirgan va ko'pincha janubda yo'llar bo'ylab o'sib borayotganini ko'rish mumkin.

Buyuk Britaniyada u Qirollik bog'dorchilik jamiyatining bog'dagi xizmatlari uchun mukofotiga sazovor bo'ldi[10](2017-yilda tasdiqlangan)[11].

Foydalanadi

An'anaviy

Bu tur uzoq vaqtdan beri dorivor o‘simlik sifatida yetishtiriladi[12]. Ayurvedada (Hind an'anaviy tibbiyoti) uning ildizlari va kurtaklari ekstrakti zaharli bo'lsa-da, bir qancha kasalliklarga qarshi ishlatiladi. An'anaviy xitoy tabobatida undan olingan ekstraktlar diabet, bezgak va Xodgkin limfomasi kabi ko'plab kasalliklarga qarshi ishlatilgan[5]. 1950-yillarda vinka alkaloidlari, jumladan, vinblastin va vinkristin, diabetga qarshi dori-darmonlarni tekshirish paytida Catharanthus roseusdan ajratib olingan[13]. Ushbu tasodifiy kashfiyot vinblastin va vinkristinning kimyoterapevtik ta'siri bo'yicha tadqiqotlarni kuchaytirishga olib keldi. G'arb farmatsevtika kompaniyalari tomonidan 2001-yilda C. roseus tomonidan ishlab chiqarilgan dori-darmonlarga nisbatan tarixiy mahalliy foydalanish va patent o'rtasidagi ziddiyat biopiratlikda ayblanishiga olib keldi[14].

Dorivor

Vinblastin va vinkristin, bir nechta saraton turlarini davolash uchun ishlatiladigan kimyoterapiya dori-darmonlari o'simlikda mavjud[15][16][17][18] va katarantin va vindolin alkaloidlarining birikmasidan biosintezlanadi[19]. Kichik hujayrali o'pka saratonini davolashda qo'llaniladigan yangi yarim sintetik kimyoterapevtik vosita vinorelbin[17][20] vindolin va katarantin[17][21][22] yoki vinka alkaloid leyrozidan tayyorlanishi mumkin[23]. O'simlikdan insulinni ogohlantiruvchi vinkolin ajratilgan[24][25].

Biologiya

Rosinidin - C. roseus gullarida topilgan pushti antosiyanidin pigmentidir[26]. Loxneritsin ildizlar tarkibida uchrovchi alkaloid[27].

Toksiklik

C. roseus, agar odamlar tomonidan og'iz orqali iste'mol qilinsa, juda zaharli bo'lishi mumkin. O'simlikning barcha qismlari zaharli hisoblanadi. Iste'mol qilingandagi simptomlar yengil oshqozon kramplari, yurak asoratlari, gipotenziya, tizimli falajdan iborat bo'lib, natijada o'limga olib keladi[28].

Fransuz botanigi Per Botoning so'zlariga ko'ra, uning zaharli xususiyatlari meksikaliklarga qadimdan ma'lum bo'lgan. Bu gulning nomlaridan biri bo'lgan vonenina, Malagasy tilidan “tavba guli” degan ma’noni anglatadi[29].
