Erected by Nelson and Buchanan of Chambersburg , Pennsylvania, in 1901, with some members fabricated by the Cambria Iron Company, the structure is a representative surviving example of a popular truss type built to specifications by bridge companies in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Pennsylvania and throughout the U.S...
