Zhulat — Albaniyaning janubidagi qishloq. U sobiq Cepo munitsipaliteti tarkibiga kiradi. 2015-yilgi mahalliy hokimiyat islohoti doirasida qishloq Gjirokastër munitsipaliteti tarkibiga kirgan^[1]. Qishloqda musulmon albanlar istiqomat qiladi^[2].
