- @Nataev: Speaking of policy, can it be changed so that non-administrators to upload fair-use images for articles (after having a certian number of edits or days of editing?) Given the small number of admins here it will take a long time to get images for all important things (ex, a photo of Burj Xalifa has to be fair-use due to Freedom-of-Panorama rules).
