Deutsch: Das Wappen des Landkreises Diepholz wurde am 25. Juli 1979 vom niedersächsischen Innenministerium verliehen. Das Wappen zeigt den Löwen des Diepholzer Grafen, eingerahmt durch Bärenklauen aus dem Wappen der Grafen von Hoya.
English: The arms were granted on July 25, 1979. The arms show the lion of the County of Diepholz and the bear claws of of the County of Hoya.
